worldIT Academy is an opportunity to integrate young graduates into technologically rich experiences.

The worldIT Academy program focuses on individual and personalized training of early-stage programmers and consultants, complementing on-the-job training with classroom sessions.

The students are integrated gradually in the different worldIT teams and will work actively in the projects. The workflow is coordinated by the mentors of each business sector who will also validate the performance.
The worldIT Academy takes from 8 to 16 weeks, which allows for more than one edition per year. The worldIT Academy program is a unique and enriching program that translates into added experience to the student and the effective integration of employees into challenging and innovative projects.
